How to Program Your Weekly Schedule (T4 Pro & Pro Series)

Honeywell Home Pro Series programmable models support up to 4 daily periods: Wake, Away, Home, and Sleep.

  1. Press the Menu button on the face of the thermostat.
  2. Press + or - until PROG or Schedule appears, then press Select.
  3. Select the target day group (e.g., Mon-Fri or individual days) and press Select.
  4. Use + or - to adjust the Wake time, then press Select.
  5. Adjust the heating and cooling setpoint temperatures for that period, then press Select.
  6. Repeat for Away, Home, and Sleep periods.
  7. Press Home or Done to save and activate the schedule.

How to Unlock a Locked Honeywell Pro Series Screen

If the screen shows a padlock icon and buttons do not respond, the keypad lockout is engaged:

  1. Press the Center button (or hold Menu and + for 5 seconds).
  2. Enter the 4-digit PIN (Default factory PIN is 1234 or calculate: 1234 + the 4-digit date code on backplate).
  3. Navigate to ISU setting 665 and set value to 0 (Unlocked).
  4. Press Select or Done.
How to Replace Batteries on Pro Series Models

When BATT or Low Batt appears on the display:

  • T-Series (T4 Pro / T1 Pro): Grasp the top and bottom of the housing and pull straight away from the wall mounting bracket. Replace with 2 fresh AA alkaline batteries and press the faceplate back until it clicks.
  • PRO 1000/2000 Series: Press down on the battery tray release tab on the top-right corner of the thermostat casing, slide the battery tray out, replace with 2 AAA batteries, and slide back in.
