Initial Setup & Ink Filling Guide

  1. Open the ink tank cover on the right side of the unit.
  2. Open the cap for the Black ink tank (BK). Align the ink bottle with the filling port and insert straight. The ink stops filling automatically when full.
  3. Repeat for Cyan (C), Magenta (M), and Yellow (Y) tanks.
  4. Close the tank cover, plug in the printer, and turn on the power.
  5. Hold the OK button for 3 seconds when prompted to initiate the 10-minute initial ink charging cycle.

Wi-Fi Setup via Control Panel

  • Press the Home button on the printer display.
  • Navigate to Wi-Fi Setup → Wi-Fi Recommended → Wi-Fi Setup Wizard.
  • Select your 2.4GHz network SSID from the list, enter the WPA password, and press OK.

Troubleshooting & System Diagnostics

Printhead Nozzle Cleaning

If printouts have streaks or missing colors: Go to Maintenance → Print Head Nozzle Check. If broken lines appear, select Clean Print Head and run 1-2 cleaning cycles.
